TUTF Reporting and Submission Guidelines

This page provides information in relation to TUTF submission and reporting requirements for TUTF project leads. Updated project plans and budgets are required annually to inform annual allocations alongside formal progress reporting which is required on a bi-annual basis.

The following information provides you with updated guidelines that are a key part of the terms and conditions as laid out in the Technological University Transformation Fund (TUTF) HEA Advice Note.

Reporting requirements

Interim and Annual Reports have three components

  1. A narrative report
  2. A progress report by work package
  3. A statement of expenditure

Relevant reporting templates are provided directly to TUTF project leads.

In Year 3 of the Fund, the Annual Report will be replaced by a final TUTF Report, capturing progress and expenditure over the lifetime of the Fund (1 September 2020-31 August 2023).

Monitoring and Reporting Guidelines are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis to reflect learning and process improvements. The most recent version of the Monitoring and Reporting Guidelines is accessible in the sidebar.
